Modeling Tar Recirculation in Biomass Fluidized Bed Gasification

Abstract: A biomass gasification model is proposed and applied to investigate the benefits of tar recirculation within a gasification plant. In the model, tar is represented by the four species phenol, toluene, naphthalene, and benzene.
