Modelling Purcell effect mediated by metasurfaces with spectral parameters

Abstract: Empirically measuring the Purcell factor, which represents the maximum enhancement to spontaneous emission in an optical cavity, is straightforward as the photoluminescence enhancement (PLE) can be determined directly by comparing the luminescence intensity with and without the cavity.
