Models for Oil Refinery Waste Management Using Determined and Fuzzy Conditions

Abstract: This study developed models to solve problems of optimisation, production, and consumption in waste management based on methods of system analysis. Mathematical models of the problems of optimisation and sustainable waste management in deterministic conditions and in a fuzzy environment were formulated. The income from production was maximised considering environmental standards that apply to the field of macroeconomics and microeconomics. The proposed approach used MANAGER software to formalise and solve the … Show more

“…It is generally believed that the increased investments in human capital can improve the productivity of human capital itself; so, teachers are often seen as a key factor for the performance of graduate students [22]. However, the weight results show that the contribution of teacher investment to the evaluation of postgraduate training performance of Tianjin University is only 0.61%.…”

“…While it is high time to examine biodiversity for implementing policies and measures to enhance biodiversity, research on biodiversity in China via AI and data visualisation is limited. This study mainly analysed the spatial distribution characteristics of the plant diversity in China after a long period of evolution and migration via spectral clustering algorithm and visualisation, with the discussion ranging from the origin of plants to the reasons for the present distribution characteristics (Ying, 2001;Li et al, 2009;Chen et al, 2011;Zhumadillayeva et al, 2020).…”

“…Furthermore, the center of gravity method [1] is a common defuzzification technique method and is used to convert the fuzzified output into a single crisp value with respect to a fuzzy set. Referring to [2], the fuzzy set was applied to formulate the mathematical model of optimization of sustainable waste management. In the past decades, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy system has been widely used by blending some subsystems and the specific membership function to represent nonlinear systems.…”
