Abstract:Obesity can cause physiological disorders. These physiological disturbances cannot be separated from the roles of irisin. Exercising with the right measure, measurable, and regularly is a strategy for dealing with obesity. The aims of this study were (1) to determine the effect of irisin levels on exercise with the Moderate Intensity Interval Training (MIIT) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) levels models in obese rats.
