Система взаимодействия наиболее важных участников региональных инновационных программ и проектов; даны рекомендации, направленные на оптимизацию процесса обобщения и понимания интересов, потребностей и действий субъектов регионального инновационного процесса. Также были сделаны предложения по повышению эффективности управления и представлен ряд механизмов и инструментов, (концептуализация, консультации, координация и коммуникационные связи), применение которых осуществляется в целях повышения уровня и расширения территории действия стратегического консенсуса. The system of interaction of the most important participants of regional innovation programs and projects; recommendations are given aimed at optimizing the process of generalization and understanding of the interests, needs and actions of the subjects of the regional innovation process. Proposals were also made to improve management efficiency and a number of mechanisms and tools were presented (conceptualization, consultations, coordination and communication links), the use of which is carried out in order to increase the level and expand the territory of the strategic consensus.
