Modern War: Transformation to Network Forms

Abstract: An attempt at epistemological knowledge is made with regard to the transformation of war as a socio-cultural phenomenon with an emphasis on the actualization of a new type of weapon – an information weapon. It is justified that network wars are a specific type of information wars.
