Without much overstatement, it can be said that it runs the majority of communication on the planet. Its success only highlights the fact that it also has some drawbacks, of which one of the oldest ones is the inability to hand over running connections between participating hosts. This paper introduces a method that relies on the advantages of Software Defined Networks to overcome this limitation
