Abstract:The rise of multidrug‐resistant bacteria, such as Enterococcus faecium and Staphylococcus aureus, has compromised the efficacy of glycopeptide antibiotics like vancomycin. Consequently, novel strategies are urgently needed to combat vancomycin‐resistant strains.
