Modern treatment procedures are based solely on the esthetic purpose. With time, many changes are done to provide satisfaction to the patient. Even the orthodontic appliances are on the verge of some changes keeping its functioning, esthetics, patient care into consideration. This modified esthetic retainer for retention and minor corrections was developed giving all these considerations into mind.
