Modified Reverse Hatchet Flap for Ablepharon-Macrostomia Syndrome

Abstract: Ablepharon-macrostomia syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by TWIST2 mutations and anterior lamellar dysgenesis. Timely intervention is critical to prevent exposure keratopathy, corneal ulceration, and permanent vision loss.
