Modified Wound Closure Technique in Periorbital Necrotizing Fasciitis

Abstract: In cases of periorbital necrotizing fasciitis, extensive debridement with a modified wound closure is a technically feasible intervention and produced excellent clinical, functional, and aesthetic results.
