Modifying the reactivity of a solid Lewis acid: niobium and antimony doped nanoscopic aluminum fluoride

Abstract: A series of acid catalysts were prepared, using niobium and antimony as dopants in the fluorolytic sol–gel synthesis of high surface aluminium fluoride.
