Modifying Tradition: Understanding Organizational Change in Chinese Elite Sport Training at the Grassroots Level

Abstract: This research examines the organizational change in Chinese elite sport training at the grassroots level, which is perceived as foundational to and crucial for the development of sustainable competitive advantage at the Olympics.
