Moiré‐Pattern Modulated Electronic Structures of GaSe/HOPG Heterostructure

Abstract: Conventional two‐dimensional electron gas (2DEG) typically occurs at the interface of semiconductor heterostructures and noble metal surfaces, but it is scarcely observed in individual 2D semiconductors.
