Molecular cloning and structural characterization of

Abstract:Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor alpha (PPARα), as a transcription factor, plays an important role in the regulation of lipid metabolism. To better understand the regulatory role of PPARα in lipid metabolism in turbot, we analyzed the sequence structure of PPARα and its stress response to a high temperature. We also investigated the regulation of genes related to lipid metabolism after the knockdown of PPARα. The CDS of PPARα was 1410 bp, encoding 469 amino acids. The relative molecular weight of the… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
