Molecular Imprinting: The missing piece in the puzzle of abiogenesis?

Abstract: In a neglected 2005 paper, Nobel Laureate Paul Lauterbur proposed that molecular imprinting in amorphous materials-a phenomenon with an extensive experimental literature-played a key role in abiogenesis.
