Molecular Recognition-Triggered Aptazyme Sensor Using a Co-MOF@MCA Hybrid Nanostructure as Signal Labels for Adenosine Triphosphate Detection in Food Samples

Abstract: Developing rapid detection technology for adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is crucial in quality supervision and food safety. Herein, an electrochemical aptasensor based on an aptazyme-catalyzed signal amplification strategy is constructed for ATP detection using polyethyleneimine-functionalized molybdenum disulfide (PEI-MoS 2 )/Au@PtPd nanobipyramids (MoS 2 /Au@PtPd NBPs) as a modification material. Additionally, a novel kind of nitrogen-rich covalent organic framework (COF) is prepared using melamine and cyanuri… Show more

“…[9][10][11] Among them, gold@platinum palladium nanoparticles (Au@PtPd NPs) have a dendrite morphology and uniform size, and show an excellent peroxidase-mimic activity toward 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ). 12,13 Recently, Au@PtPd NPs were used to detect ATP 14 and tumor biomarkers, 15 but were rarely used to detect bacteria. A recent example was reported to use Au@PtPd NPs in lateral flow immunoassay with direct chromatographic readout, which was verified for quantification of diaminochlorotriazine with a detection limit of 0.7 ng mL −1 .…”
