Molecularly Imprinted Electrochemical Sensor Based on Modified Reduced Graphene Oxide‐gold Nanoparticles‐polyaniline Nanocomposites Matrix for Dapsone Determination

Abstract: This work was designed to develop an electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polyaniline membranes onto reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode for dapsone (DDS) determination. The prepared RGO/AuNPs/PANI‐MIPs nanocomposite was characterized by Ultra‐Violet‐Visible (UV‐Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) images. The feature of the imprinted electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammet… Show more

“…Compared with bulk metals, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) have many advantages, such as higher thermal stability, large specific surface area, better electrical conductivity, and adsorption ability, and their preparation is not complicated, 31 so they are widely used in the fabrication of MIP-based sensors.…”

“…AuNPs have been extensively studied for amplifications of the electrode signal and nanoenzyme properties in biosensors due to their simple synthesis and reproducibility [132]. AuNPs have been widely explored in many applications including chemical and biological sensing, solar cells, catalysis, biomedical, infrared radiation absorbing optics, photo thermal therapy and tissue/tumor imaging [133].…”
