MON-146 Prolonged Hypoglycemia in the Setting of Synthetic Cathinone Abuse

Abstract: INTRODUCTION Amphetamine and amphetamine-analogues, such as synthetic cathinones, popularly known as “bath salts”, should induce hyperglycemia, due to their increased dopaminergic activity.
