Abstract:<p>This article examined the usefulness of moonlight stories or tales as powerful tools in character moulding of the African Children. Five different moonlight tales were sampled and told and the lessons derived highlighted. The article concludes that moonlight storytelling, like other unwritten oral traditions in Africa has faded away, especially in African cities where the parents have no time to sit down their children and mould their characters through story telling.</p>The article recommends t… Show more
