MQuad enables clonal substructure discovery using single cell mitochondrial variants

Abstract: Mitochondrial mutations are increasingly recognised as informative endogenous genetic markers that can be used to reconstruct cellular clonal structure using single-cell RNA or DNA sequencing data.
