MSME empowerment in the tourism sector as an effort to improve the economy of the thematic village community Padang City History Tourism

Abstract

The tourism development activity is essentially one of the national priority activities that involves the role of all the development of interest that has a connection in tourism activities. One of the most gloomy fertilizer is the community where together with the government and business/ business people together with each other synergize in ordering and supporting the development of national tourism. The role of Tingi Buga's college is very important, because the knowledge and theory that is owned can be actualized by the program through community service. Through this activity, it is expected that universities will be able to be the best solution to the problems that occur in the community. Therefore, in the context of developing tourism potential in the History Tourism Village, a community service program is carried out in the theme of empowerment in Jakomian Pariadata Sejajomaj.
 Abstrak
 Kegiatan pembangunan kepariwisataan pada hakekatnya adalah salah satu kegiatan prioritas nasional yang melibatkan peran dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang memiliki keterkaitan dalam kegiatan pariwisata. Salah satu unsur yang paling penting adalah masyarakat dimana bersama-sama dengan pemerintah dan kalangan usaha/ swasta saling bersinergi dalam melaksanakan dan mendukung pembangunan pariwisata nasional. Peranan perguruan tinggi juga sangat penting keberadaannya, karena ilmu dan teori yang dimiliki bisa langsung diaktualisasikan melalui program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan perguruan tinggi mampu memberikan solusi terbaik terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka pengembangan terhadap potensi wisata di Kampung Wisata Sejarah maka dilakukan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema Pemberdayaan UMKM di Sektor Pariwisata Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat Kampung Tematik Wisata Sejarah Kota Padang.
