“…Pan et al (2008) introduced pre-washed 1.75 wt% FA and 3.5 wt% BA as a clay replacement in Type-II Portland cement production. Bertolini et al (2004) found that a 30 % replacement (by mass) of Portland cement with wet ground MSWI BA as mineral additive remarkably improved the strength and durability of concrete.
