Multi-Agent System Combined With Distributed Data Mining for Mutual Collaboration Classification

Abstract: Distributed Data Mining (DDM) has been proposed as a means to deal with the analysis of distributed data, where DDM discovers patterns and implements prediction based on multiple distributed data sources. However, DDM faces several problems in terms of autonomy, privacy, performance and implementation. DDM requires homogeneity regarding environment, control, administration and the classification algorithm(s), and such that requirements are too strict and inflexible in many applications. In this paper, we propo… Show more

“…Siam et al [ 39 ] proposed ELASTICO, a fragmentation consensus mechanism, which divides nodes participating in the consensus into multiple groups, outputs a block from each group, and then obtains the total block. Qasem et al [ 40 ] proposed the RapidChain consensus mechanism, which realized computing sharing, communication sharing, and storage sharing. Its main modules include startup, consensus, and reconfiguration.…”

“…The cloud layer is responsible for providing a safe place for private health data. Cloud receives sensitive data from the patient layer and stores it in a ciphered form, which makes the system more robust against not only external attacks but also internal attacks that can be initiated by the cloud service provider [ 57 ]. The cloud layer is not charged in any processing of data, but it delivers data as it is to the next layer.…”

“…Consensus is a fundamental issue in the control problem of MASs, which refers to designing a protocol such that all agents converge to a common value. Research results on the consensus problem can be extended to solve many coordination problems of MASs, including flocking, swarming, and rendezvous formation [5][6][7].…”
