Abstract:A multi-channel simultaneous emission non-invasive flow velocity measurement system is introduced and validated in this paper, which adapts to industrial large-diameter pipelines. In particular, the ultrasonic simultaneous emission mode is applied to the whole system to achieve real-time flow measurement. This technology reduces measurement errors in ultrasonic flow measurements caused by changes in fluid state and timing variations.
