Multi-Format Carrier Phase Recovery Using a Programmable Circuit

Abstract: We introduce an application-specific circuit that can be programmed to ef- ficiently perform blind carrier phase recovery for different modulation formats. A circuit implementation that supports QPSK/16/32/64QAM is evaluated.
