Multi-level Model for Ships Risk Assessment by Coastal Vessel Traffic Services

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of navigation safety of sea vessels’s movement. An approach is considered that allows generating alarm signals with the allocation of various levels of danger. The criterion for the division of hazard levels is based on the trajectory properties of the movement of ships.
