Abstract:For the liquid hydrogen receiving station ball valve seat in ultra-low temperature working conditions the cold shrinkage deformation is easy to lead to valve seal failure. Design a dual-elastic groove metal valve seat and a preliminary assessment of its performance. the seat performance is optimized based on the RBF approximation model combined with the NSGA-II algorithm.
