At present, the performance evaluation of “dual-teacher” teachers has problems such as relying on subjectivity and unreasonable evaluation content. In order to make up for the shortcomings of the current teacher performance evaluation, this paper uses the AHP-Entropy algorithm to construct a “dual-teacher” teacher performance evaluation system. Firstly, we select indicators, establish a hierarchical model, construct a judgment matrix, determine the weights of each level, and perform hierarchical ranking. Then, we use the entropy weighting method to establish the data matrix and calculate the weights of each index using dimensionless data. Finally, a questionnaire was designed to analyze the performance of teachers X, Y, and Z in a school. It is found that the total score of X, Y, and Z teachers’ performance evaluation is 85.73, 74.57, and 67.82, which is basically in line with the actual situation, and the institutions can carry out performance incentives and problem improvement based on the evaluation results. In light of this, the paper proposes a comprehensive approach to utilizing digital resources, including vocational colleges, government departments, enterprises, and other relevant entities. It also emphasizes the importance of providing digital technical support to teaching teachers and timely updating teaching equipment to ensure the successful implementation of digital teaching.
