Abstract: Background: Aplastic anemia is a kind of anemia caused by bone marrow failure due to autoimmune abnormalities. Numerous studies have shown that autoimmunity is regulated by intestinal microflora, and that most intestinal microflora regulates immunity through short chain fatty acids.
