Abstract:Sixteen children with Stage III and N neuroblastoma were treated using two different chemotherapy protocols; six with a James' therapy plus adriamycin, and ten with a regimen consisting of high-dose cyclophosphamide, vincristine and adriamycin in a nonrandomized fashion.
