Multifocal cryptococcal disease in an HIV-infected patient: from diagnostic pursuit to management peculiarities

Abstract: Cryptococcosis is a life-threatening fungal infection that affects immunocompromised patients, causing predominantly meningoencephalitis and pneumonia. Lymph node involvement is rare and its identification may not be obvious.
