Multifunctional Dendritic Au@SPP@DOX Nanoparticles Integrating Chemotherapy and Low-Dose Radiotherapy for Enhanced Anticancer Activity

Abstract: Combined chemoradiotherapy can improve antitumor efficiency and reduce the side effects of monotherapy. In this study, we aimed to construct dendritic peptide-based multifunctional nanoparticles (Au@SPP@DOX) for a prolonged circulation time, enhanced cellular uptake, and targeted cancer therapy.
