“…The polymeric -OH stretching appeared between 3262 cm -1 and 3263 cm -1 , where this exhibited broad band gaps indicates the inter-hydrogen bonded O-H stretching vibration of the hydroxyl group. [36,37] In the PVA/MN blend film, -OH stretching vibration of PVA slightly increased to higher value 3262 cm -1 and 3263 cm -1 , meaning that there is strong intermolecular interactions between the PVA matrix and MN. This broad absorption also might due to to a rise from the O-H stretching frequency of PVA and water -OH group.…”
