Multifunctional flexible ferroelectric thick-film structures with energy storage, piezoelectric and electrocaloric performance

Abstract: Flexible ferroelectric PMN–35PT thick film structures with energy storage, piezoelectric and electrocaloric performance were prepared by the room-temperature aerosol deposition method.
