Multigene hereditary cancer panel testing for patients with pancreatic cancer.

Abstract: 244 Background: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PC) is associated with multiple hereditary cancer syndromes. Genes implicated in hereditary PC include ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, CDKN2A, EPCAM, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PALB2 and PMS2.
