Multilokuläres superfizielles Pyoderma gangraenosum oder PAPA-Syndrom – erfolgreiche Therapie mit Ustekinumab

Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ein junger Patient wurde unter dem Verdacht auf ein multilokul?res Pyoderma gangraenosum mit diversen Immunsuppressiva, TNF-?-Antagonisten sowie intraven?sen Immunglobulinen behandelt. Aufgrund des fehlenden oder unzureichenden Ansprechens entschieden wir uns f?r die Therapie mit Ustekinumab. Die Hautver?nderungen heilten darunter ab, er entwickelte jedoch signifikante Arthralgien. M?glicherweise lassen sich diese Symptome (Haut, Gelenke) unter dem sog. PAPA-Syndrom zusammenfassen.
