Multimedia and Training: Practice and Skills of European Producers, (Part 1) Results of the European Project ‘START‐UP’

Abstract: The two aims of the European project 'START-UP' were to identify educational and training multimedia producers in the 14 European countries, and to define the methodologies which these producers use in developing their products. This article sets out to report the most promising results. After considering what leads the producers to choose multimedia, different aspects of multimedia production are considered.
