Multimodal Nonlinear Vibrational Hyperspectral Imaging

Abstract: Linescanning vibrational sum-frequency generation (VSFG) hyperspectral microscopy was developed into an inverted microscope design. The geometry enables seamless collection of brightfield, second-harmonic generation (SHG), and VSFG images of a given sample area.
