Multinodular keratoacanthoma and T cell lymphoma

Abstract: This is a report of a case of multinodular keratoacanthoma (MNKA), a rare variety of solitary keratoacanthoma (KA) characterized by a collection of multiple KA nodules on the margins of a necrotic ulcerative lesion spreading centrifugally for 3 weeks in a patient with malignant non-Hodgkin's T-cell lymphoma.
