Abstract:Background
Intracranial aneurysm (IA) is a severe cerebrovascular disease, and effective gene therapy and drug interventions for its treatment are still lacking. Oxidative stress (OS) is closely associated with the IA, but the key regulatory genes involved are still unclear.
