Abstract:Under the intense intensity of femtosecond laser pulse, various nonlinear optical effects between laser and matter can occur. Among them, one nonlinear optical effect, multiphoton absorption (MPA), is easily induced by femtosecond laser pulse, which provides an opportunity to achieve the spatial resolution smaller than optical diffraction limit. Multiphoton process using femtosecond laser has provided a powerful technique for fabricating three-dimensional (3D) micro/nanostructures and microscopy imaging due to… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
