Abstract:Angioacrodermatitis, or Pseudo-Kaposi sarcoma, is a vascular anomaly observed at the extremities in patients with venous insufficiency, often triggered by trauma. Acroangiodermatitis may resemble Kaposi's sarcoma, but unlike Kaposi's sarcoma, acroangiodermatitis is not characterized by progressive changes, and there is a lack of spindle cells and vessels resembling slits on histopathological analysis.
