Abstract: Multiple cholecystoenteric fistulae, Bouveret syndrome (a form of gallstone ileus), and acute pancreatitis occurring together is very rare. Diagnosis is seldom clinical and is mostly based on computerised tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
