Abstract:A five-year-old girl presented with multiple facial atrophic scars. She had a history of small vesicular and crusted lesions on her face, scalp, and fingers since age 6 months that healed spontaneously with scar formation. She was also noted to have had a weak cry and a hoarse voice since birth. She had no other systemic symptoms and no photosensitivity.
