Multiscale Simulation for Effects of the Li+ Addition at the Initial Stage of Zn Electrodeposition Processes

Abstract: A Zn negative electrode is a promising material for large-scale energy storage devices because of its safety and high energy density. The problem for its application is the irregular deposition such as dendritic and mossy structural growths on the electrode during charge-discharge cycles.
