Multiseptate gallbladder presenting with biliary colic

Abstract: Common diagnoses associated with right upper quadrant and epigastric pain include cholecystitis, peptic ulcer disease (PUD), biliary colic, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
