Muon $$g-2$$ anomaly confronted with the higgs global data in the left-right twin Higgs models

Abstract: We will examine the muon g − 2 anomaly with the background of the Higgs global fit data in the framework of the Left-Right Twin Higgs (LRTH) Models. The joint constrains of the precision electroweak data, the 125 GeV Higgs data, the leptonic flavor changing decay μ → eγ decays, and the mass requirement of the right-handed neutrino ν R , the vector-like top partner T and the heavy gauge boson W H , m ν R > m T > m W H , are all considered in our calculation. Furthermore, since the neutral scalar φ 0 may be ligh… Show more

“…Please note that in the second lines of Equations ( 10) and (11) and following calculation, we assume that the right-handed neutrinos are degenerate, i.e., ν 1R = ν 2R = ν 3R = ν R , which means that there is only one flavor of the heavy neutrino (the same case for the ordinary neutrinos). Therefore, the couplings will be simply written as V j , Y j and y j , respectively, where j can be e, µ, and τ.…”

“…From the couplings of Equations ( 10) and (11), one can easily calculate the new contributions to the muon anomalous magnetic moment, which are generated by one-loop diagrams involving the exchange of W µ gauge boson and charged scalar H ± with heavy neutrino, as shown in Figure 1.…”
