Museum Collection for Specie Distribution: An Overview of Data Mining Approaches

Abstract: Biological Museum Collection is commonly used for comparison of species in geographical distribution. This comparison can be possible to make by different techniques. Data mining is also one of the loved techniques for specie distribution in museum collection. In this research we present a survey on existing Data mining techniques used for specie distribution in museum collection. Our survey can be helpful for new research in the area of zoology.
