MUSI: an integrated system for identifying multiple specificity from very large peptide or nucleic acid data sets

Abstract: Peptide recognition domains and transcription factors play crucial roles in cellular signaling. They bind linear stretches of amino acids or nucleotides, respectively, with high specificity.
